Throughout this section we offer you guidelines and instructions on how to stay in control and maintain a balanced approach so that you continue to enjoy your experience. If at any point this stops, please be aware that we have a number of control tools that will help you combat your problem. There are also many confidential organisations where you can seek help and advice.

Customers who believe they have a gambling problem are urged to seek help. If you need to talk to someone about problem gambling, please click here for contact details of confidential organisations that can offer the right support.

Staying In Control

To stay in control please consider the following:

  • Gambling should be entertaining and not seen as a genuine way of making money;
  • Avoid chasing losses;
  • Only gamble what you can afford to lose;
  • Don't let gambling interfere with your daily responsibilities;
  • Know your limits and be clear about them before you start to gamble. When you reach these limits be it the time or money you spend gambling, stop;
  • If you need help, set a deposit limit to control the amount you can spend;
  • If you need to have a break from gambling, time out or self-exclude.

Problem Gambling

Problem gambling is a compulsion to continue gambling despite the negative consequences it may have. If you are unsure whether or not your (or someone else’s) gambling has become a cause for concern please ask yourself the following:

  • Do you stay away from work, college or school to gamble?
  • Do you gamble to escape from a boring or unhappy life?
  • When gambling and you run out of money, do you feel lost and in despair, and need to gamble again as soon as possible?
  • Do you gamble until your last penny is gone, even the bus fare home or the cost of a cup of tea?
  • Have you recently tried to stop gambling but were unsuccessful?
  • Have you ever lied to cover up the amount of money or time you have gambled?
  • Have others ever criticised your gambling?
  • Have you lied, stolen or borrowed just to get money to gamble or to pay gambling debts?
  • Are you reluctant to spend "gambling money" on anything else?
  • Have you lost interest in your family, friends or interests?
  • After losing, do you feel you must try and win back your losses as soon as possible?
  • Do arguments, frustrations or disappointments make you want to gamble?
  • Do you feel depressed or even suicidal because of your gambling?

The more you answer 'yes' to the above questions, the more likely your gambling has become a concern.

Account History

You can easily access information on your bet and full history of transactions, withdrawals and deposits through 'My Account' section on desktop. Your balance is always available at the top of the screen when logged in.

Deposit Limits

You can set a personal daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit in the My Account section, under the Responsible Gaming tab on desktop. This limit is controlled exclusively by you, meaning our Customer Service team cannot override this limit. The daily limit resets every 24 hours, the weekly limit resets every 7 days and the monthly limit resets every 28 days;

If you lower the amount of your deposit limit the change will become effective immediately. If you raise the amount of the deposit limit the change will be registered, however it will take 24 hours to be effective in order to comply with regulatory requirements. UK users are required to reconfirm their limit increase via a pop up that will be received on log in after the 24 hours have elapsed. You can remove previously set deposit limits by entering 0 in the fields above. Removal of the deposit limit will also be subject to a time delay, and require further confirmation from UK users.

Session Duration Reminder

You can set a session duration reminder in the My Account section, under the Responsible Gaming tab. This reminder can help you to control for how long you are in a gaming session.

The clock starts as soon as you start a gaming session and is independent per product. Example: having a 30 minutes session duration reminder set, if after 10 minutes of playing casino games you change to a vegas game, the clock resets.

The settings of the reminder can be changed at any time in the Responsible Gaming tab. The reminder gives you the possibility to review your account history before taking the decision to continue or stop the session. The session does not end unless you decide to do so, at which point any games you are playing will be discontinued. This functionality does not apply to Sportsbook or Lotto.
