In the Festival curtain-raiser, Mystical Power has been backed into co-favouritism at odds of 3/1 where he joins stablemate Tullyhill.
2.10 The Arkle
9/4 Gaelic Warrior (From 7/2)
10/3 Il Etait Temps (From 6/1)
There have been some massive moves in the second race of the day. Gaelic Warrior has seen his odds slashed into 9/4 from 7/2. Il Etait Temps was another big mover in the Arkle Chase market as his odds tumbled into 10/3 from 6/1.
2.50 Ultima Handicap Chase
5/1 The Goffer (From 6/1)
11/2 Meetingofthewaters (From 6/1, strong each-way support)
6/1 Trelawne (From 7/1)
6/1 Chianti Classico (From 7/1)
In the Ultima, the Gordon Elliott-trained The Goffer is the favourite with his odds cut into 5/1 from 6/1. Meetingofthewaters is not far behind after being cut from 6/1 into 11/2.
Trelawne and Chianti Classic also saw positive moves as they moved into 6/1 from 7/1.
3.30 Champion Hurdle
12/1 Nemean Lion (From 28/1)
Nemean Lion has had his odds slashed in the Champion Hurdle betting. He is now 12/1 from 28/1.
4.10 Mares' Hurdle
8/1 Love Envoi (From 14/1)
Former Cheltenham Festival winner Love Envoi was the big mover in the Mares’ Hurdle market as she has shortened into an 8/1 chance from 14/1.
4.50 Boodles Juvenile Handicap Hurdle
9/2 Milan Tino (From 6/1)
Milan Tino has strengthened his grip on favouritism as he is now 9/2 from 6/1.
5.30 Maureen Mullins National Hunt Challenge Cup
13/8 Embassy Gardens (From 9/4)
11/2 Apple Away (From 9/1)
8/1 Mr Vango (From 20/1)
Embassy Gardens has seen plenty of support to make him now a 13/8 favourite from 9/4. Lucinda Russell’s Apple Away was another that saw plenty of support and is now an 11/2 chance from 9/1. Mr Vango had his odds slashed into 8/1 from 20/1 which bodes well for his chances in the final race of Day 1 at the Cheltenham Festival.
