Italian heavyweights Juventus and AC Milan are favourites to claim the Europa League title this season after missing out on their traditional spots in the Champions League .
Bournemouth are also among the frontrunners in what will be their maiden European campaign, while Crystal Palace are 14/1 to follow up their historic Conference League win with another continental success.
Here we take a look at the leading candidates in the 2026-27 Europa League outright winner odds.
Juventus
Juventus @ 7/1
Juve are footballing aristocracy, winning a record 36 Italian titles and reaching nine European Cup finals, but for the first time in history both them and Milan will be missing from the Champions League at the same time after the pair finished outside the top four in Serie A.
That could spell bad news for their Europa League rivals, with Juve no strangers to success in this competition either. The Old Lady won the UEFA Cup in 1977, 1990 and 1993, while they have added a 2025 champion, Guglielmo Vicario , to their ranks from Spurs this summer.
Luciano Spalletti will be expected to get the Turin giants back on track this season and they have started well, sitting joint top of Serie A alongside Milan with two wins from two.
AC Milan
AC Milan @ 15/2
Milan are also more used to dining at the top table, with their tally of seven European titles only bettered by Real Madrid , but three defeats in their final four Serie A games last season cost them a return to the Champions League.
They ended up fifth, a point behind Como , and means they will now be playing in the second tier of European competition for only the eighth time in almost 40 years.
Milan have never reached the final of this competition but new boss Ruben Amorim has. He was a runner-up as a player with Benfica in 2014 and as a manager led Manchester United to the 2025 final, losing to Spurs .

Bayer Leverkusen
Bayer Leverkusen @ 9/1
Leverkusen reached the Champions League last 16 in the past two seasons but are now back in the Europa League after finishing a disappointing sixth in the Bundesliga . However, that may be no bad thing for a club who have only won five major honours in their entire history.
One of those was in this competition, lifting the UEFA Cup in 1988, while Die Werkself have been Europa League quarter-finals in 2020, semi-finalists in 2023 and runners-up in 2024, so clearly know their way around this competition.
Leverkusen suffered a shock 3-2 defeat to Bundesliga debutants SV Elversberg - a town with a population of just 13,000 people - in their league opener but at least have retained the services of star striker Patrik Schick as well as Jarell Quansah.
Bournemouth
Bournemouth @ 10/1
The Cherries will be competing European football for the first time after finishing sixth in the Premier League. They lost influential manager Andoni Iraola to Liverpool this summer but, unlike in previous transfer windows, have kept hold of their star players and no club will relish travelling to the compact Vitality Stadium.
Bournemouth , vying to become the third successive English winner of the Europa League after Spurs and Aston Villa , only have one point from their opening two Premier League games but were undone by three late goals from Manchester City and Everton .
Other leading candidates - Marseille 10/1, Real Sociedad 12/1, Celta Vigo 12/1, Crystal Palace 14/1
