Obviously, neither team will be fully wound up at this stage, though, and that could lead to a somewhat cagey affair, but that just makes 19/10 for City to win and under 3.5 total goals a tempting option.

Cristian Chivu’s debut season as Inter head coach certainly went well on the domestic front, with the Nerazzurri topping the Serie A table by 11 points and claiming Coppa Italia glory.
Inter’s Champions League campaign started brightly with four straight victories but subsequent losses to Atletico Madrid , Liverpool and Arsenal saw them slip out of the automatic qualifying places and they then went out in the play-offs, thumped 5-2 on aggregate by Bodo/Glimt .
Chivu does have some experienced individuals to call on, including Nicolo Barella , Piotr Zielinski, Hakan Calhanoglu , Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Benjamin Pavard. However, last season’s two home defeats by English teams suggest they may struggle to match the pace and intensity of Premier League outfits.
