Ireland’s Got Talent has new favourites to win after a mother and son duo blew the judges and viewers away with their emotional performance on Sunday.
Sharon and Brandon Webb shared the story of how just months previous, Brandon was on life support after he ‘took something I shouldn’t have’ on a night out.
The pair went on to give a tear-jerking rendition of Calum Scott and Leona Lewis’ duet of ‘You Are The Reason’ leaving the judges and host Lucy Kennedy visibly moved.
They instantly shot to the head of the betting as the new 11/8 favourites after floods of bets began to pour in.
Recent movers in the Ireland’s Got Talent market also include MC Daycent and Sharyn Ward. Tipperary native MC Daycent saw his odds slashed from a relative outsider at 20/1 to a spot in the top five in the betting at 8/1 following a burst of support.
