Alexander Zverev and Mirra Andreeva are 9/1 and 7/1 respectively with BOYLE Sports to add the 2026 Wimbledon title to their surprise French Open wins.

Zverev and Andreeva capitalised on the perfect storm of big-name absentees, seismic upsets and hitting form at just the right time to claim their maiden grand slam titles at Roland Garros. However, it would be an even bigger shock if a similar turn of events unfolded at Wimbledon, where world number ones Jannik Sinner and Aryna Sabalenka are favourites to restore the established order.

Here we take a look at the leading candidates in the Wimbledon outright odds to win the men’s and women’s singles titles at SW19 this summer.

Jannik Sinner

Jannik Sinner

With two-time Wimbledon champion and world number two Carlos Alcaraz sidelined due to the wrist injury he sustained at the Barcelona Open in April, Sinner is overwhelming favourite to defend his crown at the All England Club.

However, the 24-year-old Italian was in a similar situation at the French Open and he suffered a second-round exit at Roland Garros , surrendering a two-set lead to lose to Juan Manuel Cerundolo . Sinner , who hasn’t played since that loss, fought back to defeat Alcaraz 4-6 6-4 6-4 6-4 in last year’s Wimbledon final and he will be determined to make the most of the Spaniard’s absence this year and claim his sixth title of 2026 .

Novak Djokovic

Novak Djokovic

At 39 , Djokovic inevitably is no longer the force of old and has only won two ATP Tour titles since 2023 , but he remains among the leading contenders and an eighth Wimbledon crown is not beyond the Serbian grass-court great.

He was undefeated at Wimbledon between 2018 and 2022 before finishing runner-up to Alcaraz in both 2023 and 2024 . Last year Djokovic lost in the semi-finals of all four grand slams but showed he can still challenge for the top honours by reaching this year’s Australian Open final , where he took the opening set before Alcaraz recovered to win 2-6 6-2 6-3 7-5 .

Alexander Zverev

Alexander Zverev

Zverev finally shed his nearly-man tag at the French Open after beating Flavio Cobolli to win his first grand slam in what his fourth final.

That saw the 29-year-old become not only the first German man to claim a major singles title since Boris Becker in 1996, but also the first player other than Sinner , Alcaraz or Djokovic to win one of the big four tournaments since 2022. Wimbledon has been a tough nut for Zverev to crack however and he has never progressed beyond the fourth round in south London , so he may have to wait to add to his major collection.

Jack Draper

Jack Draper

British hopes in the singles largely rest on Jack Draper’s shoulders and linking up with two-time Wimbledon champion Andy Murray in the lead-up to the Championships should help his chances on home soil .

However, the 24-year-old Londoner ’s record in grand slam tournaments is yet to reach the lofty heights his new coach managed. Draper reached the semi-finals of the US Open in 2024 but otherwise has not got further than the fourth round in a major, with his best showing at Wimbledon being the second round. He sat out the opening two grand slams of 2026 due to injuries but is returning to action at Eastbourne as he builds up to Wimbledon .

Aryna Sabalenka

Aryna Sabalenka

Sabalenka missed another chance to add a maiden French Open to her four grand slam titles earlier this month after suffering a shock quarter-final exit to Diana Shnaider . The 25th seed trailed the world number one 3-6 3-5 before winning 12 of the last 13 games to snatch an extraordinary victory.

That was one of only five defeats Sabalenka has suffered in 38 matches in 2026 , an impressive record that has seen the Belarusian pick up titles in Miami , Indian Wells and Brisbane , as well as finishing runner-up at the Australian Open . However, the 28-year-old hasn’t progressed beyond the semi-finals in her last four tournaments, while she has never managed to reach the final at Wimbledon , falling at the semi-final stage in her last three attempts.

Elena Rybakina

Elena Rybakina

Rybakina made history with her 2022 Wimbledon triumph after becoming the first Kazakhstani player to win a major, and she added the Australian Open to her growing collection in January after beating Sabalenka in the final .

That win, along with her success at the 2025 WTA Finals , has helped the 27-year-old climb to a career-high second in the WTA rankings . Rybakina also lifted the Stuttgart title in April but she has not reached the semi-finals in any of her five appearances since then - including suffering a second-round exit at the French Open - and pulled out of this week's WTA 500 Bad Homburg Open with a hip issue .

Mirra Andreeva

Mirra Andreeva

Russian teenager Andreeva is one of the rising stars on tour and the former junior world number one is now starting to turn her potential into silverware.

She won Olympic doubles silver and reached the French Open semi-finals in 2024 before climbing into the top five of the rankings in 2025 after claiming the Indian Wells and Dubai titles as well as reaching the last eight at Roland Garros and Wimbledon - her best showing at SW19 to date. This promises to be the real breakthrough year for the 19-year-old though, and she has already doubled her career trophy count thanks to victories in Adelaide and Linz before landing her first big prize - the French Open .  She was also beaten in the final of the Madrid Open by Marta Kostyuk .

Iga Swiatek

Iga Swiatek

Swiatek took her grand slam tally to six with her maiden Wimbledon title 12 months ago , when she recorded an astonishing 6-0 6-0 win over Amanda Anisimova in the final.

That was only the third ‘double bagel’ victory in a grand slam final and saw Swiatek become the 11th different woman to win the Wimbledon singles title in the last 12 years. The 25-year-old Pole was chasing a fifth French Open crown earlier this year but she was one of the tournament's many high-profile victims after falling to Marta Kostyuk in the fourth round. Swiatek has yet to reach a final during a below-par 2026 and returns to action at Bad Homburg , her first outing since the French Open , having won only 21 of her 31 matches this year.

Other leading odds: Amanda Anisimova 12/1 , Jessica Pegula 14/1 , Coco Gauff 14/1 , Iva Jovic 20/1 , Emma Raducanu 22/1 .
