Spotlight: Often front-runner; won well over C&D on good to firm last July; somewhat back down the weights and in class when winning another Class 3 in seven-runner race at Windsor (11.4f, good to firm; made all) last Saturday in good style; back up 5lb for this Class 2 but each-way claims.

Spotlight: Fit from AW and hurdling when good second to Fierce Fortitude at Redcar (1m2f, good to firm) in April, keeping on strongly; respectable fourth of 16 to a runaway winner at Epsom (1m2f, good to soft) four weeks ago and should be okay back at 1m4f, but this race looks a bit too hot; 5lb claimer is recruited.

Spotlight: Lightly raced 4yo who scored from Ammes at Redcar when upped to 1m2f in April; creditable third of ten in the Zetland Gold Cup there (again 1m2f on good to firm) in May off this mark; very useful dam stayed 1m6f, so this new trip for her son could be within reach; may have more to give.

Spotlight: Won last March/April on first two starts for yard; took just one of 16 races since but that was penultimate start (Beverley 1m2f, good to firm) and last month's third of 16 off this mark in a Class 2 at York (1m2f) was as good as he's ever been; stays 1m4f; not the percentage call but not impossible.

Spotlight: Reliable and progressive on a variety of ground and courses, although has never raced at Newmarket; third in this race last year; hit new heights at Epsom (1m4f) on last two outings and makes each-way appeal.

Spotlight: Sole win from 15 races came in France (9.5f, AW) as a 2yo; sinking in the weights and well handicapped judged on plenty of 2025 French form, with a step back in the right direction when fifth of 14 at Sandown (1m2f) three weeks ago on his third start for current yard; cheekpieces go on and first crack at 1m4f looks interesting; a case can be made.

Spotlight: Won 1m4f/2m handicaps on the AW early this year; beaten just over 7l in hot handicaps at Carlisle (1m3f) and Royal Ascot (1m6f) on last two outings, shaping much better than ninth of 16 suggests in the latter (big move to dispute lead early in straight) but his turf strike-rate is 3-37.

Spotlight: 2023 Royal Ascot winner who has also tasted the high life in top hurdle races; his attentions were turned back to the Flat for four races (UAE and Saudi Arabia) this January-March and he wasn't in peak form, before 12l tenth at Royal Ascot (1m4f; restless in the stalls) continued that trend; falling in the weights but needs a revival.
