Spotlight: Improving son of No Nay Never who bids for a hat-trick following handicap wins at Lingfield (7f, AW) and over C&D, overcoming a wide draw in 12-runner event on latter occasion; up 4lb but merits serious consideration from a much more favourable berth this time.

Spotlight: Gained a second C&D success in fine style in May; hiked up 10lb but not discredited after a three-month layoff when in the frame at Southwell (7f) and Chester (7.5f) since; this front-runner is very much one to consider back here but has the outside draw.

Spotlight: Landed a pair of novice races over C&D on her first two starts; has held her form well in handicaps since, runner-up for the third time in 12-runner event at Southwell (7f) 13 days ago when not enjoying a smooth passage; she can go well again from the same mark.

Spotlight: Ended 2025 with C&D victory in November; failed to add to it this this season and signed off for Clive Cox with a below-par eighth in 1m Newbury handicap in July; needs this yard switch to spark a resurgence.

Spotlight: Lightly raced No Nay Never gelding; shaped well when runner-up in novices at Newmarket (7f) and over C&D on his first two runs; off five months, below-par third of six in 7f Newcastle maiden 16 days ago; not written off now handicapping with blinkers added.

Spotlight: A fair 7f winner in 2025; not proving easy to catch right this season and went too freely when last of eight in 6f Salisbury handicap last time; others appeal more.

Spotlight: Front-runner who is in fine form this summer and completed a hat-trick at Pontefract (6f) in August; posted another good effort under an aggressive ride with fourth of 12 in 7f Chester handicap last time; a likely player eased 1lb.

Spotlight: Enters calculations on his very good Newmarket 7f second in July but he has been well held in handicaps at Goodwood (7f) and York (1m) subsequently; visor goes on for his Tapeta debut.

Spotlight: Ready debut winner of 7f novice at Kempton for Ralph Beckett in July; came in a well-held ninth of 13 in similar company there (1m) for Simon Dow only run since, however; goes handicapping for David O'Meara now and could still do better.

Spotlight: Notched a third success of 2026 at Brighton (7f) in September; backed it up with a solid fourth of nine in 7f handicap at Beverley 13 days ago; this consistent sort ought to be in the shake-up again.

Spotlight: Scored three times (including over C&D) in 2025; yet to add to that this season though and off since a below-par fifth of seven in 6f Salisbury handicap in July; needs to hit the ground running with usual blinkers back on.

Spotlight: Bagged a pair of 6f novices at Nottingham and Carlisle on his first two starts last June; failed to kick on though for Karl Burke and has also finished well held in 6f handicaps at Chester and Haydock for his new yard this summer; tongue tie and eyeshields are fitted here.
