Spotlight: Has a record of 2-7 over C&D (both wins on good to firm) and although not in quite the same form this year as she was last summer, such as when going close off 13lb higher on this track, she wasn't far away back here two starts ago; no surprise to see her go well.

Spotlight: Losing turf run goes back over two years but his last three wins on grass have come over C&D, including on good to firm, and he ran another good race on this track two weeks ago; has better claims than many.

Spotlight: Multiple winner but turf successes are thin on the ground now, just one in over three years; however, he's been running up to his best since back on grass, going down narrowly in a higher grade at Doncaster (6f, good to firm) in May and another solid effort there last time; thereabouts.

Spotlight: Hooded in three juvenile starts but not as 3yo, returning with a quite convincing win on handicap debut over C&D (good to firm) from one who won either side of that race; unable to improve on that at Newmarket next time when 7lb higher but she was tight for room at one stage and still has potential.

Spotlight: 5f winner here; she was involved in tight finishes at Bath (extended 5f; good to soft and heavy) last October and over 5f here in May but more often than not she tends to run out of steam over this trip.

Spotlight: Made a successful 2yo debut but he was soon in deep water and his form deteriorated; seen only twice in 2025 but things have stabilised somewhat and he's run two good races over C&D (good to firm), including 16 days ago; not eye-wateringly well handicapped but shouldn't be far away.

Spotlight: Majority of her turf wins have come at Bath and Chepstow, most recently when making all on the former track in June, but she's a C&D winner too (good to firm) and she lost her chance early when back on this course 16 days ago; on a career-high mark but not ruled out.

Spotlight: Unraced as 2yo but her Newbury debut was promising last term and she followed it with an Ayr maiden win (6f, good to firm); seen only twice more that year, ending with a low-key run in Listed event, and she was beaten a long way at Newmarket on her return from eight months off; however, she showed a glimmer of hope before dropping out and Tom Marquand has his first ride of 2026 for the yard (2-9 in the last five years); trainer won this in 2024.

Spotlight: Two sprint wins in Ireland as 2yo, including when making all at the Curragh (6f, good) last August, but in poor form on turf and the AW in Britain this year and it's hard to believe he's worth his current mark.

Spotlight: Has run well over C&D in maiden and novice events but her win came over 5f on Southwell AW and she has yet to cut the mustard in handicaps; her mark is sliding slowly but she needs more for the win.

Spotlight: Made all/most to take two 6f races last August/September (on good and heavy) but this year has got off to a terrible start with crushing defeats at Newmarket and Chester; risky for now; yard also runs An Outlaw's Grace.

Spotlight: Win haul includes two C&D wins but he missed all of 2025, was beaten a long way on his return from an absence and then failed to finish at Newbury in June; has it all to prove with refitted blinkers added to regular hood.
