Spotlight: Fair runs in defeat in a bumper and four maiden hurdles for Gordon Elliott last season; started brightly for Eric McNamara with third in a 2m6f maiden at Listowel; definite chance in his first handicap.

Spotlight: Useful chase form at a modest level last season, runner-up three times, including over this trip at Navan and Fairyhouse; runaway winner of a handicap hurdle at Down Royal in April (3m, good) on stable debut; went up 10lb for that; got tired on return in a 2m4f Roscommon event last month; should be back at peak fitness now and will appreciate return to 3m.

Spotlight: Bounced back from being pulled up in successive races with victory in a 2m handicap hurdle at Tramore in April; looked in need of further when staying on from off the pace in a recent 2m event at Galway; first time over this trip now, may improve.

Spotlight: Won twice in points for Josh Halley; 15-2 for stable debut at Galway where was tailed off; well supported at Navan, never in contention; the fitting of cheekpieces seemed to do the trick when she was apparently unfancied in a 2m4f Gowran handicap 16 days ago; made much of the running and finished second; cheekpieces now discarded, tongue-tie instead.

Spotlight: Hiked up 16lb for back-to-back wins at Clonmel and this venue in the summer (both 22.5f, good); twice unplaced before a fine second for this rider (champion female point-to-point rider) at Navan; may have found 2m3f inadequate when unplaced favourite at Clonmel last time.

Spotlight: Won a 2m3f maiden at this meeting last year; has been mostly consistent in defeat this year; good effort when keeping on for second over 2m6f at Ballinrobe last month and a fair sixth over the same trip at Listowel; declared to run here over 2m5f on Saturday (4.05).

Spotlight: Hit form in August, winning over 3m at Wexford and 3m2f at Sligo; satisfactory runs over 2m6f at Galway and Listowel last month; this test of stamina is likely to bring out the best in her again.

Spotlight: Only one win from 13 starts over hurdles; out of his depth in a beginners' chase last time; previous fifth in a 19-runner 2m6f handicap hurdle at Galway gives him a place chance in this company.

Spotlight: Showed promise in a couple of runs for his former yard; finished last of seven on stable debut in a 3m2f Ballinrobe handicap; better over 2m6f at the same venue last time but hard to make a case for him.

Spotlight: Placed in four of her five starts in points and in three maiden hurdles; down the field on her only handicap start and in a beginners' chase on latest; trainer probably has a better chance with Lucy Wang.

Spotlight: Maiden hurdle winner in 2024; won a claimer at Clonmel in February; remote second behind claiming-race specialist Rocky's Howya in another such race at Naas in March; dropped away from three out on stable debut in a 2m4f Punchestown handicap in June.

Spotlight: Has been running over fences to no effect; weak hurdles form; 13lb out of the handicap.
