Spotlight: Ballinrobe bumper winner for Andrew Slattery last year; won 2m Punchestown maiden hurdle last October on stable debut and has run well in defeat since, notably chasing home 10l winner Paul's Dream in 2m4f Kilbeggan handicap and most recently fine third of 20 over best trip of 2m in Galway Hurdle (several of these behind); 2lb rise but big player.

Spotlight: Highly tried after winning a maiden hurdle at Limerick last Christmas, posting higher RPRs in Grade 1 novices at Leopardstown and Aintree; more recently never counted in mid-field in Galway Hurdle.

Spotlight: Killarney winner in the spring and finished a very creditable fourth of 20 in the Galway Hurdle (Thisistheway second, Gameball third); reverted to Flat to win Killarney amateur riders' contest last month and cheekpieces now fitted for hurdles return.

Spotlight: Progressive mare won handicaps at Ballinrobe and Kilbeggan earlier this term, and added a further win with career-best in taking 2m6f Galway conditions event early this month, produced late to win going away; clearly in terrific form, although drop back to 2m may not be ideal.

Spotlight: Flat winner in France is 0-4 hurdling with champion trainer, jumping letting down the 5yo, notably when having 2m4f maiden at his mercy when faller at the last here in May; likely open to improvement if getting jumping sorted, but his technique will be under pressure here against seasoned handicappers.

Spotlight: Second to subsequent Galway Hurdle winner Putapoundinthejar at Bellewstown in July, and went one better over 2m1f at Killarney last month under a positive ride; soon beaten back on the Flat at Cork recently but remains of interest.

Spotlight: Bumper and dual hurdles winner including 2m5f Killarney mares' event in July; ordinary enough form since in Flat maidens and this trip possibly on the short side for handicap hurdle debut.
